Initiate Your Return

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
